Food writer and stylist Rosie Reynolds picks her kitchen hero

“My favourite). It’s so beautifully balanced and the handle so neat and comfortable to hold. I have small hands and this knife is big but doesn’t feel heavy or too big. It keeps its edge for months and when I feel it going a bit dull, I simply rub the edge along my denim apron or between a stack of paper and it brings it right back.
