Are You Investing or Collecting?

For over 40 years, I have collected small amounts of silver via acquisition of coins. I have never been a fan of silver rounds or bars.

Bullion silver is a highly liquid investment. One can sell all of it in a relatively short period. Finding the buyer willing to pay the highest price can be problematic unless one constantly stays in touch with bullion dealers. They adjust buy and sell prices throughout each day.
