VECTOR OPTICS

Vector Optics offers a complete range of Scopes, Red dots, Binoculars and Accessories to suit the Australian Hunter and Target Shooter. They also offer a lifetime warranty on all mid to high end optics and a 5-year warranty on all entry level units. Many scopes are now offered with LeREE Lenses and VePRO multi coating. All scopes are supplied with Rings as standard and illuminated Reticle’s. Vector Optics Scopes have many features that are only found in scopes that are often 3x the price.

■ Continental Hunting & Tactical: These 2 lines of scopes are Vector Optics top of the range scopes, all are made of a 1-piece 30mm tube, all use the latest LaREE & VePRO lenses and have zero reset turrets. The Hunting series start at 1-6x24, 1.5-9x42, 2-12x50 3-18x50* & 5-30x56*and MOA adjustment, while the Tactical series are available in 3-18x50*, 4-24x50* & 5-30x56*

■ Continental 34mm FFP: The Continental 34mm FFP is the latest release of scopes from Vector Optics featuring a 34mm tube, LaREE Lenses & VePRO FMC coating providing 90% light transmission and etched Glass First Focal plane reticle. The Continental 34mm FFP is the ideal in low level light and for close to extreme long range precision shooting. Available in 1-6x28, 3-18x50, 4-24x56 & 5-30x56.

■ Taurus: The Taurus is a First Focal Plane Etched Reticle scope series featuring Dead on Accurate MIL Tactical low height locking turrets, crystal clear edge-to-edge image, centre dot 6 level red illumination using FMC lenses available in 1-6x24, 3-18x50, 4-24x50 & 5-30x56* The Taurus was designed as a long Range precision Shooting.

■ Aston: Featuring 6x Super –Zoom Factor and edgeless fast focus eyepiece the Aston is a ruggedly constructed scope with reliable mechanics providing accurate MOA clicks primarily designed for AR & Bolt action platforms available in the following magnifications 1-6x24, 3-18x44* & 5-30x56*

■ Paragon GenII: With the call for a long eye relief scope Vector designed the Paragon Gen II to suit this market featuring a 4” constant long eye relief w/ Wide F.O.V. ■ Matiz: The Matiz is in a 1” tube in the following specifications 2-7x32, 3-9x40, 3-9x50 4-12x40 & 6-18x44 (Matiz scopes have no illumination)

MAVEN OPTICS

Maven are an American based company who produce a very affordable range of high-per formance optics for outdoorsmen. Prices are kept to a minimum as their product is sold direct to the end user via a distributor. The Australian distributor for Maven optics being Outdoor Spor ts based in N.S.W. Their riflescope series include the following.

■ RS 1. 2.5-15 × 44mm in the first focal plane (FFP), 30mm tube diameter, a variety of glass etched reticle choices, water fog and shock proof, Parallax adjustment, European style quick eye focus. Capped turrets offering .250 or 1/4” click adjustment. Made in Japan.

■ RS 2. 2-10 × 38mm. This scope in the second focal plane features 25mm tube construction and ED glass for true colour rendering. Other features include quick eye focus ring, .250 MOA click adjustment, water, fog and shock proof, made in Japan.

■ RS 3. 5-30 × 50mm in the first focal plane (FFP).30mm tube construction, etched glass reticle in the choice of SHR-W or MOA-2 reticle, side parallax adjustment from 20 yards, lockable zero-stop, .250MOA click turret, water, fog, shock proof, made in Japan.

SWAROVSKI OPTIK

Swarovski Optik, well known for quality optical products, offers a comprehensive range of rifle scopes. Swarovski rifle scopes are manufactured from high grade alloy, suitable for any calibre and are guaranteed to hold zero-even on the hardest kicking magnums!

Available in 25mm, 30mm and 40mm tube, all Swarovski scopes feature precise, repeatable adjustments, a standard or illuminated reticle –depending on model, excellent light transmission, reliability, eye relief and color rendition.

■ NEW-Swarovski Optik DS Gen2. This scope with digital intelligence is a 15-25 × 52 with a 40mm tube (or SL rail option, 4A-I reticle, built-in rangefinder, ballistic calculator and brilliant optics. The Swarovski Optik digital scope DS automatically projects the correct aiming point, taking into account distance, air pressure, temperature, sighting angle and the data input specific to your calibre or rifle. Rifle specific data is input from the Swarovski Optik app on your smart phone via Bluetooth. The app enables the user to customize the DS setting exactly to your personal ballistics data. All models are available with Swarovski Rail (SR) mounting as an added cost option. Available in 3.5-28 × 50, 2.3-18 × 56, 2-16 × 50,1.7-13.3 × 42, 1-8 × 24 and 0.75-6 × 24mm. Unique to the Z8i scopes are Ballistic Turret Flex (BTF) which can be fitted or removed as required and FLEXCHANGE-The first switchable reticle, another unique feature of the Z8i scope series.
