Ellie Simmonds OBE
Walsall-born Simmonds, 26, became a double Paralympic champion aged 13 at Beijing 2008. Winning two golds at the 2012 Paralympics, she smashed the 400m freestyle record, and took another gold at Rio in 2016. She was the youngest person to have received an MBE aged 14.
