An excellent way to think about what you need to improve is to start by looking at what’s going wrong. I like to think about it as symptoms and causes. Trying to stop ‘performing’ a symptom isn’t the best way to fix it. Instead, think about why the symptom happens by troubleshooting. Have a look at these common symptoms and some ideas for how you can start to improve them.
