Renowned chef and culinary explorer Anthony Bourdain once asked a simple question: “What nicer thing can you do for somebody than make them breakfast?” For Jennifer and Omer Horev, a healthy breakfast has become a way of life, a business venture, and an opportunity to entertain friends and family.

“Breakfast for us is the most important meal of the day,” says Jennifer, who serves as chief brand officer of Pura Vida, the couple’s health-conscious cafés with locations across South Florida, including one at Rosemary Square. “We sit down with no electronics and enjoy family time in our home.”
