MAXIMISE YOUR GROWING SPACE

If you have only a small veg garden then you may have to be a bit more creative in getting the most from the space. Here are some ideas which may help.

INTERCROPPING AND CATCH CROPPING

Intercropping is the cultivation of two or more crops together, usually within the same rows or very close and often they are grown to maturity together. Catch cropping is similar but you are sowing or planting a very fast-maturing crop among a slower growing, longer-term crop. The catch crop is harvested long before the main crop is ready.
