Iced Raspberry Chamomile Tea
MAKES 6 TO 8 SERVINGS
8 cups water, divided
2 cups sugar
2 (6-ounce) containers fresh raspberries
6 chamomile tea bags
Garnish: fresh raspberries
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water and sugar to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; add raspberries, crushing slightly with the back of a spoon. Let steep for 20 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve;
