Reopening on hold as probe continues

THE Gauteng Department of Health will use a phased approach for the reopening of Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital, which saw over 840 patients relocated after a fire last week.

Spokesperson Kwara Kekana said this will be guided by the assessment and plan of the clinicians, the engineers and occupational health and safety team.
