Rhubarb Crunch

INGREDIENTS
2 cups (400g) cooked rhubarb, plus 1 cup (250ml) of the drained cooking juices
1 cup (150g) strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup (110g) sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
1 cup (100g) rolled oats
¾ cup (150g) brown sugar
1 tsp grated lemon rind
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
