    My secret struggle

    Q I live with my parents and brother, and I really struggle with OCD.

    I check things multiple times to alleviate my anxiety. My family get really annoyed because I turn all the plugs off.

    The worst part is the intrusive thoughts. If my family uses words such as ‘idiot, stupid or lazy’, I think they’re aimed at me.
