Turning the tables

Anything goes, according to florist Nikki Tibbles, who likes nothing more than an informal lunch in the garden: “I’ll put beautiful table she grows in her garden down the centre of the table and around the glassware. “I like a full table. I use what I’ve got around me, but if I were to buy flowers, I’d always opt for an eclectic mix.”
