Doubling Evident on Dollar from Clad Proof Set

ello, my name is Warren Rabeck, I live in Torrington, Conn. I purchased four clad proof sets from the U.S. Mint on March 5. Upon inspection of all the sets, I found that one of the dollar coins displays a definite doubling on the eighth star on the edge of the dollar coin. The three other sets do not show this error.
