JAYNE ROSS entered 2021 in style as she landed both novice and overall hunter tricolours.

After capturing the novice small hunter title at the British Show Horse Society (BSHA) autumn gala show last September, Sarah Harper’s Wall Street netted his first Royal International (RIHS) qualifier before taking a competitive section championship over Robert Walker and the middleweight, Jill Day’s six-year-old Chief Whip.

“He’s got a really great brain,” said Jayne. “He was initially bought from Dublin as a riding horse but it soon became apparent that he’s an out-and-out small hunter, and he’s turning into a lovely one at that.”
