Lenny Kravitz
Most of my portrait shoots have taken place either in or around the subject’s home or in a studio. Being sent to an exotic location for editorial work is very rare. But that’s what happened when I was commissioned to photograph the rock star and actor, Lenny Kravitz.
Kravitz has been one of the most successful musical artists of the past 30 years; he has sold more than 40 million albums and won the Grammy for Best Male Rock Vocal.
