Online volunteers are invited to get involved in a ground-breaking project) is an initiative from London Metropolitan Archives to create a searchable database of black, Asian and minority-ethnic Londoners. So far 2,600 people are listed, but volunteers are now being given free access to Ancestry () so they can use their own computer or tablet to search City of London parish registers from 1538 to 1837.
