Training methods for men versus women is the new hot topic. Finally.

Men and women have been trained in an identical way for decades all the way from beginners to elites. When you think about this, it’s pretty unreasonable since women are physically and psychologically very different to men. Women have menstrual cycles, different hormones, different reproductive organs, different muscle make up and different brain chemistry.

So why do we train like men? The answer is simple. All of the information, studies, evidence and research is based on male athletes.
