KIDNAPPED and held HOSTAGE for 18 YEARS
Terry Probyn loved to brush and braid her daughter Jaycee Lee’s blonde hair.
It was a tender morning ritual for the pair, who had just moved to a quiet country town with Jaycee’s stepdad, Carl Probyn, and their baby daughter, Shayna.
On June 10, 1991, Terry left home early for the print house where she worked as a typesetter.
Jaycee, then 11, dressed in her favourite pink outfit, grabbed her school bag, and started walking up the hill towards the bus stop.
