It was great to hear Davina McCall’s positivity on everything from getting older to the TV programmes brightening our lives at the moment [9 February]. is such escapist fun and a welcome distraction from the trials of the past year, while brings me to tears every single time. The family stories featured are handled so sensitively, and it’s a privilege to see something so life-changing. The hugs and comforting touches from Davina and Nicky are obviously genuine, and Davina needn’t worry. They can be rightly proud of their involvement in so many reunions.
