the time you’re reading this, the staff at will be feeling very overindulged after celebrating Easter with a team bake-off. As I’ve told you all before, I’m no baker (I’ll never live down a certain packet-mix brownie disaster!) but I’m taking part nonetheless and I’ll be looking to our own food pages for inspiration, with the team putting together a collection of easy, budget-friendly Easter recipes (p68) that even I think I can manage! As the long weekend approaches, I can’t help but think back to this time last year when we were all in lockdown. How lucky we are to be able to celebrate once more. Happy Easter everyone!
