I don’t know if he remembers saying it, however around 16 years ago, Damian — co-founder of VeggiePets (veggiepets.com), told me that the way forward for veganism was through business. Damien’s words resonated with me greatly and have spurred me on ever since.

Back then, I was just starting my own vegan PR business, running vegan events and also launching the UKs first vegan newspaper supplement with 250,000 copies going out around Essex.
