As far as we can tell, driving tests are something that people do purely because So it seems bizarre that Namco would choose to release an arcade driving game in which the usual thrills of overtaking your rivals and outrunning the clock are set aside, in favour of brief tests of your driving skill. Of course, Namco’s status as a major force in arcades is not for nothing, and manages to successfully wring fun out of a concept that sounds fairly dry on paper.
