It was February 2017 when 25-year-old Vilma Trujillo Garcia started hallucinating.
Talking to herself.
Her family worried for her health. They knew she needed help.
But they were in the rural village of El Cortezal, 300 miles northeast of Managua, capital of Nicaragua.
The area was so remote and impoverished, they were without electricity or telephone lines.
There were no police, medical assistance, shops.
