Afraid of life AFTER lockdown?

Over the last year, our calendars have shrivelled to weeks of nothingness, our interactions limited to a catch-up over Zoom. And, of course, our conversations have been focused on one unavoidable topic: COVID-19. So, as restrictions begin to loosen – with the ‘rule of six’ back in play at the end of the month, and the reopening of shops, salons, plus restaurant and pub gardens set for 12 April – many are anxious. Months of being stuck indoors has left us ‘socially rusty’. Will we have to learn how to socialise all over again?
