It’s caused by inhaling plant pollen, which causes inflammation of the nasal lining, and it can be miserable for those that suffer – an itchy, runny or blocked nose, sore eyes, sneezing and a cough. And while it’s often thought of as a summer affliction, it can actually start as early as March, depending on which type of pollen you’re allergic to.
