I feel miserable

Q Life has been very hard over the past year and I can’t believe it’s gone on so long when we thought it would just be a blip. I know there are vaccines but as yet our world hasn’t gone back to normal. I keep thinking about how it was and then I become sad. It’s hard to stay in the present when it isn’t much fun.
