How to Make Homemade Mozzarella Cheese

don’t get into the kitchen very often, but when I do, pizza is almost always involved. Recently, I decided it would be fun to make the cheese for my pizza from scratch. I already had premade dough and marinara sauce, and since cheese pizza is my favorite, the only ingredient I still needed was the cheese. I found a recipe for mozzarella cheese in the book by Gianaclis Caldwell, and had the tools and ingredients I needed from the Cheesemaking Tools Kit and Basic Cheesemaking Kit from the Mother Earth News Store.
