Nineteenth-century cycling evangelist Dr KK Doty once said, “Cyclists see considerably more of this beautiful world than any other class of citizens.” I couldn’t agree more, and there’s no better time to hop on the saddle to witness this beautiful world than in spring, when cycle lanes abound with brimming buds, unfurling greenery, bluebells and birdsong.
