RIDING THE SAME ROADS AND GOING TO THE SAME PLACES, BUT EXPERIENCING THEM ANEW
In any other year, by the time I would be writing about my June tour to someplace exotic – or at least someplace fun – for an upcoming issue, I would have put 10,000 to 15,000 km on my motorcycle’s odometer. In 2020, by time of writing, my touring had been limited to day tours of 350 to 700 km loops I began from home. Touring, at least in June, was pretty much out of the question. But, that didn’t make 2020 a bad year; it was just different.
