The hills and towns of Le Langhe are as mellow as the famous Barolo, Nebbiolo and Barbaresco wines they produce, and the climate is also hospitable to the white truffle. With these culinary pleasures, the Langhe is reminiscent of Tuscany, but for now this quiet corner of Italy is a well kept secret.
