ou can’t miss it. Glistening on the west side of the city like an elongated disco ball, Crown Towers – aka One Barangaroo – stands as Sydney’s latest landmark. From the very beginning, there’s been controversy and a good hit of bad timing, but as the last shrouds of scaffolding come down on this WilkinsonEyre-designed tower, we’re intrigued to find out what lies beneath the headlines, and the facade of more than 8000 individually cut glass panels.
