A happy customer
I wanted to say thank you for all your work, both in 2020 and before that. I was so impressed by how quickly you managed to organise subscriptions when lockdown was first introduced in March that I immediately took out a subscription and, very unusually for me, shared it on Facebook. When my subscription expired, I asked my mum for it to be renewed as my birthday present – she was a little surprised because it wasn’t quite the luxury item she had in mind for me but
