Reflected glory

As a long-term user of Macrium Reflect, I was rather disappointed to see this highly regarded software relegated to the also-rans at the end of your review, despite a four-star rating (see issue 315, p90).

You say your only reservation is the price, but the full Home version only costs £6 more than Acronis True Image (and £12 more than O&O DiskImage Professional) – hardly a deal-breaker when the cost of a perpetual licence is spread over several years.

Furthermore, there is an entirely free version (not just a 30-day trial), which lacks little other than “File and Folder backup” and the ability to do incremental backups – visit to download it.
