ollowing the success of last year’s campaign, the National Trust is encouraging people to take a moment to enjoy nature and the fleeting beauty of blossom. The concept was inspired by , the traditional Japanese celebration of blossom. Research shows that just 20 minutes spent enjoying nature boosts our mood, whether it’s the earliest blackthorn flowers or the brightest cherry.
