Making a splash

Having discovered a leak in their pool, the Howells decided it was time for it to go. Theresa tells us how they transformed it into a stunning patio garden

Tell us about the pool We inherited the swimming pool when we bought the house 16 years ago and were told at that point that it was around 15 years old. The pool was a lovely thing to have while the grandchildren were young, as they would bring their friends round for pool parties.
