GOURMET CRAB ROLL
Makes 4 EASY GREAT VALUE Preparation: 15 minutes
Woolworths seafood sticks 250 g, torn
green apple 1, grated
Woolworths vegan mayonnaise 2 T
sea salt, to taste
Woolworths ultimate hotdog rolls 4
cucumber 1, peeled and sliced into ribbons
For the topping:
Woolworths roasted seaweed
snack 5 g
sesame seeds 2 t
peanuts 20 g, toasted and roughly chopped
1 In a medium-sized bowl, toss the seafood sticks with the grated apple and mayonnaise. Season with salt. 2 To make the topping, blend the roasted seaweed with the sesame seeds, then combine with the peanuts. 3 Top each roll with a few slices of cucumber and the crab mixture, then sprinkle over the topping.
