    THE Eliot Bar & Eatery All American Car Day held in New Plymouth on Sunday 17th January was hosted for the 31st time by local hot rod club Scenic City Rod & Custom Club at the TSB Stadium Car Park next to the New Plymouth racecourse utilising the two car parks at the venue.
