THE decline of the moral behaviour among the black children in South Africa started in 1976.
During this period, schools in black townships such as Soweto, Mamelodi and Khayelitsha were adversely affected by the Soweto uprising. Many people believe that this was initiated by pupils who could not speak Afrikaans.
Yet, the Soweto pupils knew Afrikaans. I know this fact
