Jurek I’m an artist and I teach art. Michele is also an artist; in addition, she works as an art therapist. We have lived together for a long time, so we are very familiar with and appreciate one another’s aesthetics.

The house was, prior to the rebuild, a 1947 disintegrating wood and asbestos building. The ceiling over the kitchen was about to collapse. The bathroom and the kitchen were still in 1947. The toilet was outside, which was fantastic! We
