Hot food ban was ‘irrational’

GOVERNMENT’S decision to impose level 4 regulations last year under the Disaster Management Act was fair and rational, but the regulations which limited exercise and the banning on the sale of hot food over the counter in stores, were invalid.
This is according to a judgment from the Supreme Court of Appeal
