■ Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Aran, 50% wool/50% acrylic, 100g/180m per ball, one ball each in Mustard Yellow (823) (Yarn A), Sailor Blue (839) (Yarn B), Candy Floss Pink (849) (Yarn C) and Seafoam Blue (831) (Yarn D) (we got ours from www.lovecrafts.com )

■ 4.5mm (UK 7, US 7) crochet hook

■ Yarn needle

■ Hot water bottle approx. 20 x 33cm (7/8 x 13")

TENSION

Each granny square is approx. 9cm (3 /8") square

Approx. 22 x 34cm (8¾ x 13 /8")
