1 Tell us about your background?

“I was about 19 when I started to compose music, while studying fine art. I’d been listening to electronic music while working on my art. I realised that what I was hearing in the sonic textures and gestures translated across to my mark-making. My last large scale series of paintings were visualisations of sound – I had started to hear the sounds differently. This was what sparked my interest in working with sound.
