The year 2020 wasn’t a normal one for healthcare, to say the least. The global COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way doctors and patients interact throughout the United States, with many turning to telemedicine for routine visits, including those related to diabetes. It stands to reason that many people were reluctant to change up their diabetes management or treatment in this environment.
