The BJP ticked more than a few boxes when to succeed Sushil Kumar Modi as Bihar deputy chief minister last November. Not only portfolios, Prasad was also allocated the same official bungalow that Modi held in the previous BJP-JD(U) government. The new deputy CM also shares his birthday with his predecessor and was quick to wish Modi on January 5. It remains to be seen if he also possesses Modiâs administrative skills and political acumen.
