    Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Martin Greaves, and I’m a founding member of the UK Cal Look Register, which you’ll find online via www.facebook.com.

    Being asked to write a piece for the magazine that has influenced, nurtured and fed my obsession with all things Cal Look for more than 30 years was a daunting proposition for a man of few words such as myself, but I’ll do my best to explain what our social media-based ‘Cal Look club’ is all about.

    The idea was hatched in Pizza Express on March 23 2019, the Saturday night of that year’s Show weekend. My friend, Spencer J Brown, who was displaying his blue ’67 Cal Looker atwith the guys from the German-based, Cal Look-focussed VW club, Der Fieser Luftkühlers ().
