ESSENTIAL GUIDES TO…

Invest in an awning

In colder months this is well worth it, even if it’s only a small awning – somewhere to put muddy boots or shelter while you find your keys, and a hallway separating the possibly wet outdoors from your warm, clean ’van. Putting up an awning can be a challenge, but if you are staying for a few days and have a family and dogs to house, you’ll be glad that you bothered.

Sleep tight

Fitted sheets and duvets help to provide a great night’s sleep if you have a make-up bed, provided there is also plenty of storage space; don’t forget there will be bulky pillows to house, too. Choose sleeping bags for the children’s beds if storage is at a premium.
