Kate Thornton describes her friends as “some of the greatest loves of my life”. The TV presenter and businesswoman has been part of the same tight-knit friendship group – which includes Tamzin Outhwaite, Angela Griffin, Lisa Faulkner and Nicole and Natalie Appleton – since moving to London aged 18. “They are my muscles,” she says. “They keep me strong. We’ve been through so much together and I’m always grateful to them.”
