Selfless sacrifice

After reading the expert discussion that accompanied the NV Champagne panel, I have fixed on my New Year’s resolution for the coming year. The Champagne industry is suffering as never before from a slump in sales due to Covid-19, and Champagne houses are sitting on years of stock that they need to shift. In order to help them, I have resolved to buy and drink more Champagne in 2021. Why not join me in this selfless sacrifice? Don’t hold bottles back for a special occasion – after all, it’s important that we all do our bit to help the industry through this crisis. Let’s show our support and get those corks popping.
