I have a confession. I’ve become one of ‘them’ – a city dweller who’s moved to the countryside. Apparently a fifth of people in Britain are seeking greener pastures, a trend that started during lockdown last year.

Not everyone has packed their bags – on my last trip to London I’m pretty sure there were still some lights on. But we’re witnessing a sea change in the way people want to live. And that means a change in the way we dress.
