TIME TO LOOK AHEAD TO ’21

It is unlikely that a season has been anticipated as much as 2021 since Motorsport News began publishing back in 1955. Sure, there are still some uncertainties right now, but the hunger for proper motorsport has never been stronger and the appetite for competition has never been more keenly felt.

It is the same for the Motorsport News staff too. We’ve been lucky enough to attend some events over the last 12 months, and it has been an eye-opener to realise just what atmosphere fans add to the meetings we’ve been at. Even the competitors seem to be missing the thrill of entertaining a crowd.

It is about performing at their best and doing it in front of an appreciative audience.

As mentioned, we don’t know what the start of the 2021 campaign will look like yet, but that hasn’t stopped us looking ahead and pondering just what unfold on the stages and on the tracks in the year ahead.

Whatever the situation, MN will try its best to keep you across all the action in 2021, whether it has to wear a facemask or not.
